Announcement title:RFQ for Solar Water Heater Announcement content： Dear Sir/Madam, Infrastructure and Construction Works of SEDRA Phase 3,4 &5 Single Family Units and Construction Works of WAREFA Single Family Units Project (“Project”) We, Branch of China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd invites you to submit your proposal for the Solar Water Heater for our Project with ROSHN located in SEDRA, Riyadh, KSA. The Scope of Work The Scope of Work (“SOW”) includes the supply, assembly and installation, testing and commissioning of the Solar Water Heater including the air vents on the water heater on the roof. The hoisting of the material needed shall be undertaken by China Harbour. RFQ Document Our RFQ Document includes the following: n Specification Compliance (Appendix A) n RFQ (Excel) (Appendix B-1, Appendix B-2) n Purchase Order Template (Appendix C) n Specification SECTION 22 3300 Packages The RFQ includes two Packages, each of which contains the scope of half SEDRA Phase 3,4,5 Pump Set. The supplier shall provide the quotation of each package. The delivery Schedule of each package is different. Queries If you have any quires, please submit through the system. The queries shall be submitted before 2026 October 15th 5:00 pm KSA. Proposal You shall submit your proposal through the system by 2026 October 22nd 5:00 pm KSA including but not limited to the following document: n Technical Proposal (1) Company Profile, Brochure or other Introduction File including the factory capability (2) CR, VAT, National Address, Bank Details (3) Technical Data Sheet (4) Specification Compliance (As per Appendix A) (5) Warranty n Commercial Proposal (1) Filled RFQ (As per Appendix B-1, Appendix B-2) Contact The bidder shall contact Mr. Michael Gao/Mr. Wang Lei for any problems by the Email address: ykgao@chec.bj.cn/wanglei@chec.bj.cn during the RFQ, however any formal queries and proposal submission shall be only via.
